  4. Knee strick to head, Knee strike body
  5. Front kick, Roundhouse kick (same leg) reverse punch
  6. Front leg Roundhouse kick, Spin Hook kick, Roundhouse kick
  7. Forward Low block,(step back) Low block, Reverse punch,(front leg) Roundhouse kick, Reverse punch
  8. Knee strike to head (step back), Roundhouse kick, step up side kick, Reverse punch

Stamina

  • Change Leg, Knee Strike, Knee Strike
  • Change Leg, Thigh Kick, Roundhouse kick
  • Change Leg, Thigh Kick, Roundhouse kick, Spin Back kick (Both Sides)

BASSAI-SHO, KANKU-SHO, SOCHIN, UNSU or NI-JUSHIHO

Sparring , Bag Work
